Unit 10 Summer Dunes Retirement Village, R2 030 000
Unit 10 is situated on the North West border of the Village. The unit is 147.55 m² in size. The entrance hall leads onto a tiled dining area and carpeted lounge.
The original, tiled patio is enclosed, and overlooks a neat garden bordered by white PVC picket fencing. The kitchen has maple melamine cupboards and granite finish post forms tops. The stove and oven are still in good condition, and the stove has a glass top. There is a double sink and space for a dishwasher.
